Coaching for Professionals
My coaching starts with listening: to your goals, your values, your north stars, and the language you use to describe what’s challenging. From there, I ask questions that get to the heart of the issue, offer honest perspective and research-based tools when they help, and work with you to set concrete next action steps. I balance encouragement with accountability, and I adapt to you rather than asking you to fit a method. You leave with clearer thinking, practical strategies, and a way of engaging that fits who you are.
You can book individual sessions that follow your lead, bringing whatever challenge or question matters most right now. Or choose a coaching package built around a specific theme, such as ethical leadership, listening competence, or conflict communication. Packages offer a clear structure, research-based assessments, and a set number of sessions, and every package can be tailored to your context and goals. Three example packages are below.
